A. Location Data (GPS)
The app requires access to your device’s location solely to provide its core features. This data is processed locally on your device and is never sent to our servers. We do not maintain any database of your location history. It is used exclusively to:
Calculate accurate, localized prayer times.
Display the precise Qibla direction.
Locate nearby mosques.
B. On-Device Storage
The app saves configuration data locally using your device's native storage. This data remains on your phone unless manually deleted, and includes:
Language preferences and interface settings.
Prayer notification and sound preferences.
Bookmarked favorite Duas (supplications).
Ramadan fasting tracker history.
Zakat calculator inputs and calculation results.
C. Device Sensors
The Qibla feature utilizes your device's internal compass and motion sensors. This sensor data is utilized in real-time on-device and is never collected, tracked, or stored by us.
D. Local Notifications
If you grant permission, the app schedules local prayer reminders directly on your operating system. No notification data or content is ever transmitted to external servers.
2. Third-Party Services & Data Collection
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve these ads, Google may independently collect and process certain device metrics under its own privacy policies, including:
Google Play Services Advertising ID (AAID).
Device manufacturer, model, and system information.
Ad interaction data (clicks and views).
We do not receive any personally identifiable information (PII) from Google regarding your ad usage.
